A small heater will do the job

It blows our mind because I am very used to having to find all sorts of ways to stay warm while I was in the wintertime

I spent my childhood up in the northwest, and I miss it a lot… My partner and I never thought that the two of us would move down here, however his mom got honestly sick about ten years ago, and his Mom could not take care of his on his own. My partner and I did not want his to have to spend his last days in a nursing home, so the two of us moved down south to take care of her, and I am a big fan of being close to his family, however I do not love the heat here. It gets over one hundred and ten degrees while I was in the Summer months quite often, and to me, that is just insane. I do not know how some people prefer this intense heat. My partner was born and raised around here, so he is a little bit more used to it than I am, although he also got adapted to the cooler weather of the northwest. The one thing that is nice about living here though is that the winters are so mild. It does not get even close to as chilly here as it does up north. I am longing for the snow, however I do not miss the bitter chilly Winter time days. I have one little ductless gas furnace that is also doubles as an air conditioner, and it heats our house up genuinely nicely, both of us do not even need any other source of heat in our house. It blows our mind because I am very used to having to find all sorts of ways to stay warm while I was in the wintertime. That very small gas furnace is genuinely amazing. I do not know how much longer his mom will live, however I am willing to stay here as long as he needs us even if it means being overheated for the bulk of the year.
