The other afternoon while I was at my job I ended up getting a message that easily caught me off guard plus nearly sent me into full on panic mode; at the time I was right in the middle of repairing an old plus broken down a/c unit for a regular client.
- That’s when my wifey called me in a distressed manner plus informed me that she had damaged her foot badly while cleaning up around the home plus needed help.
After getting off of the call I was stuck feeling like I was in a particularly tough position where it seemed that if I were to abandon this customer with a half fixed a/c unit, I would end up having to face steep penalties or even risk being fired by my boss. However, not heading back home to help my injured wifey also didn’t sit well with me. Fortunately, the kind gentleman who I was particularly working for was able to notice immediately the elevation of stress plus told me that I should go plus help my dear wifey. However, when it comes to clients, especially newer ones, you can never recognize what to expect in this line of work before dealing with someone. And thankfully in this instance however, I lucked out with a kind plus understanding client. With his blessing I made a mad dash back to my home in order to take care of my ear wifey who turned out to be just great after some medical attention. Then later on I did my total due diligence plus made sure to finish the job back at that man’s house… Man, life in the heating plus A/C field would be a dream if all of our clients were similar to him!
