The old furnace felt the best

I used to prefer having snowball fights as a kid in my neighborhood. Where I grew up all of us had plenty of nice snow storms and all of us boys and girls loved to play in it. About the only time all of us would not have snowball fights at that point is if the snow had ice mixed in with it. Throwing ice balls is highly dangerous and could hurt people seriously. But when all of us had the nice variety of snow, all of us would have a blast! After a good snowball confrontation I honestly used to prefer going to my lake house to disinfect up and sizzling up in front of the radiator that was effectively pumping out the unquestionably nice heating from my parents’ gas furnace located in the basement. The gas furnace all of us had growing up was much better at that point than central heating today if you ask me. It had an odd kind of warmth to it, and I know it made the air quality not as dry as central heating does in my lake house today, however, I realize that gas furnaces are still made today of course. But the area I live in these days doesn’t have multiple furnaces. Because most of the homes are all comprised of a single floor and no basements exist. I would prefer to transport my life anywhere again that has gas furnaces for the heating. It’s just something I legitimately miss in my life. Of course there is nostalgia involved from those awesome snowball fights growing up, too.
