I wanted to talk to someone who wasn’t online.

No matter who I tried to talk to online, I wasn’t happy.

  • I wanted to hear a real voice talk to me about social media campaigns and pay per click.

I didn’t want to listen to a robotic voice trying to make choices for me. I ask about pay per click and I got answers on pay-per-view. I asked about social media and I got answers that pertained to social diseases. I was over talking to robots and a faceless person typing at me online. I wanted to hear a voice and actually hear answers that have something to do with my questions. I didn’t care if the voice said I was crazy and doing my website all wrong. As long as I was human, I was happy. Last week, I called an internet marketing company to ask a few questions. I ended up going through four menus where I chose a number. By the time I was done, I got a message telling me to go through the numbers again. After half an hour, I still hadn’t spoken to a human, and I was cursing a message machine. I was so frustrated that I had forgotten why I had tried to contact the internet marketing company? I looked at all the notes I had sitting around me and remembered I wanted to know how to use social media to help my HVAC company? I had heard about SEO and pay per click that I wanted to get more information. I wasn’t sure if I would use any of the information once I got it, but I felt it would be best to do my due diligence and find out if it would work for me.
