Today’s heating and air conditioning technology is really wonderful. I mean I can not say enough good things about how far we have come in the last 10 years alone with all the advanced heating and air conditioning technology. Things like radiant heated floors and HVAC zone control are the 2 things that impress me the most. I personally have HVAC zone control which is also commonly known as a zoned heating and air conditioning system. If you do not know what that is let me tell you. A zoned heating and air conditioning system is an HVAC unit that can allow you to have different temperatures in different rooms. It is sort of like having a heating and air conditioning system in each and every room in your home. It is a very expensive heating and air conditioning system, but it is well worth the cost all together because having zoned heating and air conditioning can make it so that you do not ever have to worry about uneven temperatures in your home if your house has issues with this sort of thing. I do not have radiant heated floors. But I know a few people that do and I have experienced just how good they are. I would buy radiant heated floors myself if I did not have a zoned heating and air conditioning system in my home. But I always tell people about radiant heated floors when they are looking to get new forms of heating for their homes.
