The last time my central heating and air conditioning system broke down on me it was right in the middle of a real bad cold front. Then I was able to go back to sleep and not worry about freezing to death. This was a true heating and cooling emergency, so I paid for the same day service and had my central heating and air conditioning system unit fixed within hours. They did get my heater working again and all was well by the end of the day.
