Sometimes things just work out by sheer luck.
And this was the case when my central heating and a/c device broke down in the middle of one of the worst heat waves we have had in ages, then what the fortune was in all of this is the fact that I had a few portable a/cs standing in the closet that I had bought on sale in the past year.
And because these are the new and more new portable a/cs, they had the pressing power to cool the entire residing room & the family room! So in turn, I did not have to go and spend a ton of cash on a hotel for the night. The portable a/cs were able to keep my apartment cool as if the central heating and a/c did not even split down! It was kind of like having two window air conditioner units in my apartment going in the residing room & the family room. I then the next afternoon called the local heating and air conditioner supplier to have them send out a certified heating and air conditioner specialist to service my central heating and cooling system unit. It all worked out really well in the end. I did not have to spend cash on the hotel stay and I did not have to spend money double for the heating and a/c service by needing their emergency heating and cooling household services. This folks is why it is really pressing to have portable heating and air conditioner equipment around the house!
