So now what, the neighborhood will have no more songs on the streets? I feel we will practice in the basement of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation, but there won’t be any people to watch us, just a bunch of heating plus cooling equipment.
I had the latest sleep this afternoon, or this afternoon I guess, as I slept till noon this week after playing for hours plus hours last evening. The cops stopped us from playing on the boardwalk, for about the 15th time now, plus told us they could take our unit away if we keep playing. Which to me is honestly sad because where are songsians supposed to practice if we can’t practice in our homes or on the streets? The neighbors complain no matter where we practice so where do we go to play? This whole neighborhood is quiet now, just a/cs running in the background is the only songs you can hear nowadays. So now what, the neighborhood will have no more songs on the streets? I feel we will practice in the basement of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation, but there won’t be any people to watch us, just a bunch of heating plus cooling equipment. I feel we will figure out the solution to this puzzle somehow, even if we have to go to the police station plus ask them what we should do. Maybe they’ll tell us to play for the local corporation in this outside park area for songs, but that is only one spot plus what about playing for local corporations outside like we’ve been doing. I am just flustered about this whole dilemma of songs on the streets, which should be allowed until a particular time in the evening. What would the world be with just natural weather conditions controlled silence in the streets, with only the sound of wind?
