On this enchanting day, the vivid blue skies beckon, extending a warm invitation to indulge in the delights of the beach.
- But first I must get these stories done before I can go anywhere.
Then I will take the train to the beach where my girlfriend will be waiting for me. We´ll have lunch, take a walk along a coastal trail, and go for a swim in the sea. It’s a great time to sunbathe and top up on Vitamin D, as the sun has not been out in about a week or so. After that, I’ll meet my bandmate to play music near some of the local businesses in town. We have decided that we are going to play at least three times a week to get plenty of practice and to get ready to play in the air conditioned bars around town this summer. After we play, we usually hang out at the pier to drink an ice-cold beer while we watch the sunset. I always look forward to this, and it’s a great escape from our HVAC tech jobs, which bring us money, but it’s music that really fulfills us. We have plans to buy a climate controlled RV, and tour the country this summer. During the winter months, we might travel to tropical islands where the weather is nice and there are plenty of tourists, or we may head to the mountains, where we have a cabin with a nice fireplace. There, we can play music for the rich skiers and make plenty of money while having plenty of fun!
