However, I know that not everybody has the same approach when it comes to their central heating, cooling, and air quality control system. In particular, my best friend has to run the most costly Heating & A/C system on the planet, and why? Because he refuses to call a professional Heating & A/C serviceman for routine service services, however he has lived in the same condo for 20 years and the HVAC duct labor has never even been cleaned. I’m surprised he can afford to feed herself, with that Heating & A/C strategy.
