My life is like a dream, with each day melting into the next plus time slipping by like ice cream dripping down a hand on a moderate Summer day.

I feel when you are living an easy plus simple life like me time can slide by unnoticed, after which big chunks of it are gone separate from me even realizing it.

Maybe when you get older the time passes by faster because you are more patient plus your body runs a bit slower, however whatever the reason it genuinely seems like my life is passing by much faster nowadays. My mini split air conditioner unit has been running overtime the past few weeks as it tries to cool down my flat, with its built-in HEPA filter keeping the indoor air quality really nice. I am going to try plus just run this new fan today plus hopefully it will do the trick plus keep me cool while I do my work. It will be the first day of Summer in two more weeks plus I am gearing up for it.

I won’t play as much beach ball this Summer like last Summer because my shoulders need a rest.

I dissituated my right shoulder five times the past couple of years plus told myself there won’t be a fourth time. It does not feel wonderful when the shoulder pops out plus I know it isn’t wonderful for the ligaments plus tendons, so I am backing off from volleyball plus focusing on our band from here on out. My flat is heating up quite a bit plus it isn’t from my hydronic boiler however from Mother Nature herself! The afternoons are getting genuinely long plus the sun isn’t setting till after 9:30pm, which makes for some genuinely long evenings, i normally was in bed with the boiler on by 10pm in the wintertime, however now that things are heating up plus Summer is here my bedtime is closer to 1am plus I am finding myself running the mini split air conditioner unit in my room each evening. This week I will get my work done by early afternoon plus then head out to train a lady in ball, which is much easier on my shoulder than playing those competitive matches that need a lot of shoulder action. I like cooling down my body in the sea after training plus then heating it up with a moderate shower when I get home in the evening, which works well thanks to my new moderate water boiler.

Well, it is almost time to hit the road plus take a break from the screen.

My eyes start to feel bugeyed after looking at the screen for too much time.

This week is no exception plus I am going to take a little break after I finish this article plus go look out at the sea for a bit to relax my eyes. I want to see how many people are out there today because last week was slammed when I went out first thing in the afternoon.
